Great Realtor. As out-of-state buyers, Tina worked hard to help us find a vacation home in an extremely short time frame, that met our requirements. Knocked it out in one trip. Strengths: Tina is extremely responsive. If we called or texted, she had a response in same day and, in many cases, within the hour. Tina made trips to the house on closing day and also to look around for us when we needed clarification on our internet modem after closing and couldn’t make the trip. On several occasions, we would decide on a whim to drive to Rabun County in hopes of getting into the property.
